Our products is standard export packaging. The plastic film or craft paper covered. Wooden case or wooden pallet is protect products from damage during the delivery. In addition, the outside of the packages have clear labels are tagged that it is easy to identify the products information.
Stable quality is very important for customer. Below is the ways which are how we control the quality.
At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and keep good relationship with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material’s production and delivery to make sure safe quality. We will test the quality again before they ship the material to us. When the quality is qualified, we can receive it.
QC in workshop
Four supervisors will check alloy, temper, size, technical parameters to make sure products meet quality.
QC in packaging
Three works check whether the sheet surface have scratch, rolling mark, oil stain, and so on.
If any customer make quality complains, we’ll forward to our service team. they will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response within 48 hours with feedback and solution.
